This class is for the more advanced yogis who are looking to challenge their body and mind on a evening session. Held at the beach during the late hours to let go of the day and find balance for the night.

Ashtanga Yoga, a dynamic and disciplined form of yoga, is a transformative journey for both body and mind. Rooted in the ancient teachings of Patanjali, this practice follows a specific sequence of postures, synchronizing breath with movement. With a focus on vinyasa (flow), Ashtanga builds strength, flexibility, and endurance.
